With 20+ years of service in New Zealand Police, Scott is now the Director for Taamaki Makaurau Partnerships. His extensive policing experience includes roles as Detective, Maaori Responsiveness Manager, Operations Manager, Area Prevention Manager, and Area Commander for Counties Manukau East. Scott also chaired the Operational Advisory Group for Understanding Policing Delivery – a programme focused on achieving fairness and equity across Police operations, deployment, and service.
