Implementation and emerging outcomes evaluation of the Place-Based Initiatives (Dec 2019)

March 2020 - Evaluation of place based initiatives released.

The evaluation was commissioned as a process and outcomes evaluation to focus on the merit, value and worth of the PBI model as a mechanism for collective action to address complex needs. The findings from this evaluation will be used by

  • The Social Wellbeing Committee to make funding decisions for the current PBIs and provide insights to inform the design and effectiveness of any similar future initiatives at the broader social sector system level.

  • The PBIs to inform their operational and strategic decision-making at the local level.
